trouble with binders when being physically active

I've started taking a dance class and I also sometimes go to an aerobics class. I find I'm having to readjust my binder and myself quite often because of the constant movement. I'm discreet about it, but it is annoying. Any tips on maybe how to get my binder to stay put better? I've tried making it a bit tighter, but that just makes it hurt. 

Have you tried wearing an undershirt underneath? I find that helps with keeping everything in place without further compromising my lung capacity.
